Upon Reflection: DFW Opportunity Youth Community of Practice

Launched in 2023, Big Thought’s DFW Opportunity Youth Community of Practice (OY COP) initiative is aimed at supporting “Opportunity Youth” – young people between the ages of 16 and 24 that are neither in school nor in the workforce – by creating an ecosystem of organizations, community partners, and leaders well equipped to support their needs and provide experiences that will enable them to thrive.
